Who We Are

THE CRL STORY

CRL, originally known as Construction Resources Ltd, was established in 2000 with a vision to provide a superior contingent Labour Supply. As the company evolved and matured, we moved into Site Support Services in order to broaden our scope of work to include waste management, subcontract packages on London Underground (Metronet), NwR and on-site logistics. We have established an excellent reputation for the provision of high quality skilled labour.

CRL is widely known for its high level of effective delivery by means of compliance, quality, innovation and collaboration in logistics and skilled labour to the Rail, Tunnelling, Highways, Aviation, Construction and Civil industries.

CRL are proven experts in our area of capability and knowledge and are solely focused on the Construction industry. Our specialist Recruitment and Resourcing Teams provide quality, skilled operatives who have undergone our rigorous vetting process. By implementing and promoting a culture of Fairness, Inclusion and Respect (FIR) and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) within all we do, we have inspired and empowered our teams to enable them to make a change. CRL have established an employee assistant programme (EAP) to which every member of our workforce can access via a personal login and have access to one to one meetings to assist with any mental or physical wellbeing. Making this and various engagement and reward incentives available to all our workforce has proven to be a win for all and our team feel valued and are more productive, This enables us to provide our clients with a continues supply of diverse, productive and proficient work force.
